Duties & Responsibilities:

• Diagnose plumbing issues accurately 
• Present repair and replacement options professionally 
• Deliver excellent customer experience 
• Generate service and replacement opportunities 
• Educate customers on solutions and memberships 
• Perform plumbing repairs and service work 
• Maintain clean and professional work areas 
• Properly document work performed 
• Collect job photos and customer signatures 
• Identify larger install opportunities for management follow-up 
• Recommend preventative solutions when appropriate 
• Maintain truck organization and inventory 
• Follow company pricing and operational standards

You’ll Be a Fit If:

• You hold a current CT Journeyman (P2) Plumber license or equivalent.  Other licenses (P6, G2, and etc.) acceptable 
• Extensive Service Plumbing experience in-lieu of license will be considered 
• You have a valid driver’s license and clean background
• You value customer service, teamwork, and craftsmanship.
  • Service Titan and straight-forward flat rate pricing experience a plus
