The position requires a highly skilled communicator capable of translating complex business processes into clear, actionable technical requirements and working across multiple teams to ensure a smooth migration process. Position Overview For The Business Analyst Provide business and systems analysis in support of an IT modernization project focused on system migration and retirement. Serve as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams to elicit, document, and validate requirements. Develop business process flow diagrams, visuals, and detailed documentation for system replacement efforts. Support impact and gap analysis to ensure all critical dependencies are identified and addressed. Facilitate collaboration across business, application, data, reporting, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure project success.
