A Benefits Solutions Organization in Los Angeles is seeking an IT Business Solutions Analyst to serve as the liaison between departments and IT in supporting multi-employer benefit plans. This role involves analyzing workflows, developing user stories, conducting data analysis using SQL, and ensuring eligibility data accuracy. The ideal candidate requires 3-5 years of experience in benefits analysis, strong communication skills, and a professional service-oriented approach.
