Job Summary:

We Are Family, and we are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Birchwood Terrace Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Burlington, Vermont. As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Birchwood, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and talented team of caregivers, providing exceptional clinical care to our residents in a warm and secure environment.

• Provide high-quality patient care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license required

• Willingness to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

• Ability to lift, transfer, and position patients with a minimum of 25 pounds of assistance

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
