Hiring: Automotive Sales Representative

• Pay: Range to be discussed during in-person interviews
• Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

• Connect with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
• Guide customers through available vehicles, features, pricing, and purchase options
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent customer communication
• Build relationships that support repeat and referral business
• Work with Sales Managers and Finance partners to support a smooth purchase experience
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity in dealership systems
• Meet individual and team sales goals while delivering a positive customer experience

What You'll Bring

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience
• Confidence working with customers
• Follow-up and attention to customer needs
• Team-focused approach and willingness to collaborate
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
