The Senior Manager, Channel Expansion & Operations is responsible for shaping the future channel strategy for the Amex Business brand by identifying, testing, and scaling innovative ways to reach and engage business customers. This role will lead a strategic agenda to uncover new opportunities across emerging platforms, partnerships, and content experiences that drive incremental awareness and consideration while informing the long-term evolution of our brand marketing strategy. Working cross-functionally with Brand, Content, Media, Enterprise Marketing, and Digital teams, this leader will champion innovation, translate insights into actionable growth opportunities, and help build scalable approaches for expanding our marketing footprint. This role will also oversee operational excellence across Amex Business social channels, ensuring efficient processes, governance and best practices that enable high-quality execution and support continued channel growth.
