The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the full-cycle recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and attracting qualified candidates across the organization. The successful candidate will recruit for a wide range of positions, including construction craft trades, technical roles, and professional positions, helping Kinsley attract top talent across all areas of the business. This role partners with hiring managers to meet staffing needs, participates in interviews, maintains candidate records, manages job postings, and helps ensure a positive candidate experience while supporting the goals of the Human Resources team.A successful candidate should have excellent organizational, communication, and high attention to detail skills. The ability to manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment and a willingness to learn are required. Please note that this position is considered safety sensitive in accordance with Kinsley Construction policies and procedures.Typical responsibilities/essential functions include:Respond to employment inquiries via phone, email and in-person.Assist with the career inbox and ensure timely communication with applicants.Source and attract qualified candidates through a variety of recruiting methods.Assist with full-cycle recruiting for positions across the organization.Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews as needed.Participate in interviews to support Operations and shared services departments.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Post and manage job openings in BambooHR.Prepare and extend employment offers in accordance with company guidelines.Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and recruitment initiatives.Coordinate and attend recruiting events, job fairs, and networking opportunities.Guide applicants through the hiring process while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.Assist with pre-employment activities, including background checks, drug testing, and onboarding coordination.Develop and maintain relationships with trade schools, technical schools, colleges, workforce development agencies, and community organizations to support recruiting efforts.Perform other related duties to support hiring managers and the Human Resources team.Requirements include:High School Diploma or GED required.One to three years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or Human Resources experience preferred.Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.Previous recruiting, hiring, or related Human Resources experience is required.Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably BambooHR, is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational, multitasking, and detail-oriented skills are required.Ability to build and maintain working relationships with hiring managers.Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment while maintaining confidential information.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.If you are interested in a position at Kinsley Construction, please apply on our website or mail, fax, or email a resume including salary requirements to:KINSLEY CONSTRUCTION, LLC.PO BOX 2886YORK PA 17405717-815-6909 (Fax)View email address on click.appcast.io ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
