Growth Marketing Associate

You'll work in a fast-paced environment and leverage your prior experience to bring new and exciting campaigns to life. You will be an integral part of the Growth Marketing team and manage the creative workflow and delivery for critical acquisition & retention moments across products. Join us!Responsibilities:Develop digital media buying strategies across Paid Social, Programmatic and Paid Search channels for our products.Launch & optimize new user acquisition campaigns across Paid Social, Programmatic and Paid Search channels to meet larger team goals, KPIs, and results.Identify and execute A/B tests to draw insights critical for growth and optimization.Conceptualize new and innovative ads, collaborating cross-functionally with creative, brand, and product.Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition or drive user retention.Analyze campaign performance for cross-functional stakeholders and collaborate with our Marketing Analytics team for insights & next steps.Lead day to day communication with external agency and ad partners.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field and/or at least 2-3 years of experience with digital marketing.Experience in strategy and media buying for paid social, programmatic, OR paid search channels.Knowledge in digital media optimization, including A/B testing, conducting analysis on ad buys, and understanding of bidding algorithms or manual bidding approaches.Solid understanding of ad inventory, ad platforms, and best practices where actively buying media.A passion for sports and gaming is a plus.Willingness to work unconventional hours around sports calendar and tentpole moments.Proficiency in AI tools, especially: Claude and ChatGPT for reporting and analytics purposes.JOBID: JN -092026-147548#LI-CELLA#LI-MM9Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
