Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team in Woodstock, IL. As a CNC Programmer, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring precision and efficiency in the production of high-quality components. If you have a passion for machining and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations.
- Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to improve efficiency.
- Train and mentor junior staff on CNC programming and machine operation.
- Maintain accurate records of production and programming changes.
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is preferred.
