Superintendent - New Jersey Commercial

This unique hybrid role offers the opportunity to lead premier ground-up commercial and luxury residential builds across New Jersey. You will maintain full site authority while managing the critical administrative and financial milestones of each project. Our client is a premier New Jersey-based Design-Build firm specializing in high-end custom residential and diverse commercial sectors, including childcare, medical, and retail. With over four decades of excellence, they are known for navigating complex municipal approvals and delivering sophisticated, ground‑up projects through a hands‑on, family‑oriented leadership style. Description On‑Site Leadership: Direct all daily field operations, ensuring subcontractors adhere to safety protocols, quality standards, and the master schedule. Project Administration: Manage RFI processes, submittals, and change orders while maintaining accurate project logs and documentation. Schedule Management: Develop and update detailed project schedules (Gantt charts) to ensure timely delivery of multi‑million dollar developments. Financial Oversight: Monitor project budgets, review subcontractor invoices, and identify cost‑saving opportunities without compromising quality. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for architects, engineers, and municipal inspectors to resolve technical bottlenecks. Procurement: Coordinate the delivery and staging of long‑lead materials to prevent site downtime.
