Event Assistant

Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of promotional events, community outreach initiatives, and customer engagement activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and gaining valuable hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown. Welcome attendees and provide friendly, professional assistance. Organize promotional materials, displays, and event supplies. Help manage guest registration and attendee flow. Maintain clean, organized, and safe event spaces. Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution. Respond to attendee questions and provide excellent customer service. Gather attendee feedback and report observations to the team. Represent the company professionally during all event activities. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Strong attention to detail and reliability.
