Responsibilities Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly Send a weekly report to clients on their listing status to maintain our good customer service standing Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing Qualifications Currently licensed in real estate Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Compensation $140,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr Corey Adomitis Team
