What You'll Do:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit
- Monitor patient vital signs and assess changes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient care accurately in medical records
- Educate patients and families about post-discharge care
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
What You Need:
- Valid Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in an acute care setting
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to fast-paced environment
