Team members celebrate successes, learn from interactions, and support achieving shared and individual goals.Key Responsibilities:Partnering with Account Executives to identify and prioritize accounts that align with organizational objectives and strategic goals.Performing proactive outreach using calls, emails, social engagement, and customized video messages.Crafting thoughtful, customized messaging that connects with decision-makers and initiates authentic conversations.Collaborating closely with the sales team to create qualified opportunities and achieve quarterly objectives.Engaging with executive-level leaders to identify business challenges and discovering how Zoom solutions address their needs effectively.Exploring innovative outreach strategies while encouraging originality and inventive approaches.What We're Looking For:Track record of success in a high-volume outbound or sales development role.Comfort connecting with senior executives and adapting your approach to different audiences.Collaborate effectively with others to achieve shared goals and foster success within a team environment.Demonstrate resilience and optimism.
