Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Multi-disciplinary Teams: Partner closely with fellow OTs, PTs, speech therapists, physicians, and nurses to provide all-encompassing, patient-focused care.
• Guide Patients and Families: Equip patients and their caregivers with the knowledge of therapy methods to maintain progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Track Patient Progress: Document clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans when necessary, ensuring that patients remain on track for success.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Opportunities for continuing education and advanced certifications are encouraged and supported.

Licenses

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license is required.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
