Core Ownership Areas: Orders and scheduling - Own material orders, sub coordination, and weekly production scheduling Scope confirmation - Align sales scopes with flawless execution exactly as promised. Drive Quality - Verify completions, upload precise CRM documentation, close jobs with meticulous notes. Job Site Management – Supervise crews, run materials, perform attic/roof inspections, maintain spotless sites Warranty – Resolve warranties authoritatively using industry best practices—track patterns for ongoing improvement.
