G.L. Hunt's partner plumbing company is seeking an Administrative Manager to join their team. The right candidate would have strong organizational and leadership skills, be comfortable making decisions and enforcing processes, and be detail-oriented, but able to see the big picture.

Experience with Home Services is Preferred.

$23 - $26 hourly

• Manage daily office operations and workflow
• Oversee CSR duties: scheduling, call handling, booking quality, and customer communication
• Coordinate technician schedules, dispatch, and job flow
• Handle invoicing, job close-out, and follow-ups
• Maintain organization of paperwork, permits, and job records
• Handle Payroll
• Communicate clearly with ownership on issues, trends, and improvements

• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Comfortable making decisions and enforcing processes
• Excellent communication (phone, text, email)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without panic
• Detail-oriented
• Experience in home services (plumbing, HVAC, electrical)  preferred
• Experience with dispatching, scheduling, or office management  strongly preferred
