Project Manager - Fixed Income TechnologyThis is a Business Analyst / Project Manager role supporting the Fixed Income Technology PM Engagement team. Fixed Income Technology team is responsible for the development and support of trading platforms, position and risk management, data, and tools used by our Fixed Income portfolio managers.The successful candidate will be comfortable interacting directly with portfolio managers, and will bring strong project management, communication, domain knowledge, and collaboration skills.Principal ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with portfolio managers and senior business managementAct as a tech‑savvy partner to PM teams, helping with technical inquiries and identifying the most suitable solutionsInterface with stakeholders across the organization at multiple levels of seniorityPerform business analysis and project management, including requirements gathering across platforms and coordinating project‑level integrationDrive the rollout of our Launchpad and related application suiteQualifications / Skills Required5+ years of relevant experienceSolid financial markets experience, including exposure to trading applications, risk management, operations, middle office, and Fixed Income productsSubject matter expertise in Fixed Income pricing and related technologyStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with prior experience engaging directly with portfolio managersBusiness analysis and hands‑on project delivery experience across the full SDLC for major change initiatives at an investment bank, buy‑side firm, exchange, or software vendorAbility to communicate in detail with development teams and users, and to provide clear, concise updates to senior stakeholdersCoding/scripting skills and experience using AI tools are a strong plusThe estimated base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $250,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.
