This is a remote position. Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting and updating data into our systems accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities include: input and update data into databases and computerized systems, transcribe information from paper documents to digital formats, maintain accurate records of valuable company information, perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents, ensure data integrity and security in all processes, assist with organizing and maintaining office files. Qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software, strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy, familiarity with database systems and data entry processes, excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively, ability to work independently and as part of a team, prior experience in administrative or clerical roles is a plus.
