SuccessFactors Consultant

Location: New Jersey, Chicago, Richmond or Atlanta Workplace: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) Keylime Consultants is partnering with a leading global services company to recruit an experienced SuccessFactors Consultant. In this impactful role, you will design, configure, implement, and optimise SAP SuccessFactors modules. You will play a key part in delivering scalable HR technology solutions that support strategic business objectives across the global organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead or support the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors modules, including requirements gathering, workflows, business rules, and integrations Manage and prioritise various projects across HR Tech platform Partner with HR teams, HR Business Partners, IT, and other stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions, facilitate workshops, provide training, and offer end‑user support Manage data migration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities to ensure smooth go‑live Ensure high standards of data integrity, and develop standard and ad‑hoc reports and dashboards Requirements Hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central and/or other modules like PMGM, Succession, Comp) Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and system integrations (including APIs) Analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills Detail‑oriented with strong organisational and project management abilities Experience working in a US or global environment is highly desirable This hybrid role is based in New Jersey, Chicago, Virginia or Atlanta and offers a competitive package (including 401k and bonus) with excellent opportunities for professional growth in a large international organisation.
