Operating Room NurseThe Operating Room Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the surgical environment. Key responsibilities include assisting with surgical procedures and maintaining sterile technique. The nurse will collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills are necessary for this role. The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Effective communication skills are essential for interacting with patients and team members. The nurse will also be responsible for patient education and post-operative care. Adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures is required. Ongoing professional development and participation in continuing education programs are encouraged.Minimum 3 years of experience in operating room settings required. Current certifications in BLS and ACLS are necessary.
