Recruitment Specialist
Primary Skills: Applicant Tracking Systems (advanced), Candidate Sourcing (advanced), Relationship Management (advanced), Project Management (intermediate), Data Analysis (beginner) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 3+ months Location: Dayton, OH Pay Range: $30 - $33 Job Summary: This role involves proactively identifying and engaging top talent to meet business needs, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process. You will be instrumental in developing recruitment strategies, managing the candidate pipeline, and fostering strong relationships with hiring managers. Success will be measured by achieving hiring goals and continuously improving recruitment practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and source qualified candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and identify ideal profiles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a high-quality candidate journey.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to track progress and identify areas for enhancement.
- Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
