Primary Skills: High-Volume Recruiting (advanced), Candidate Sourcing (advanced), ATS (advanced), Agency Management (advanced), Recruiting Operations (advanced) Contract Type: W2 Location: Dayton, OH Duration: 3 Months (possible extension) Pay Range: $50 - $55 per hour Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Staffing Recruiter to join our Field Talent Acquisition team and support high-volume hiring for our fulfillment center workforce. In this role, you will manage the recruiting process from sourcing and screening through hiring and onboarding coordination. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build strong candidate pipelines, manage recruiting activity through an ATS, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive, highly organized recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and can effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting partners.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute recruiting and candidate pipeline strategies based on business and staffing needs.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through both active and passive recruiting methods.
• Screen and manage a high volume of candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Maintain strong candidate communication and provide an excellent candidate experience.
• Manage recruiting activity and candidate information through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Track recruiting goals, hiring metrics, pipeline activity, and overall hiring-cycle performance.
• Communicate recruiting status, progress, and results to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines based on current and future workforce requirements.
• Work with recruiting agencies and external staffing partners when needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline recruiting processes.
• Manage multiple open priorities and continuously reprioritize based on business needs.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and responsiveness throughout the recruiting process.
• Stay connected with new hires to ensure a positive transition and candidate experience.

Must-Have Skills

• Experience working as a Recruiter, Staffing Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Corporate Recruiter.
• Experience managing high-volume recruiting/hiring.
• Strong experience with an ATS.
• Experience with candidate sourcing, screening, pipeline development, and hiring coordination.
• Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and/or staffing agencies.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities simultaneously.
• High sense of urgency and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using recruiting technology, sourcing tools, and other modern recruiting platforms.
