Litigation Paralegal

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. This candidate should feel comfortable conducting research, doing data entry, scheduling, maintaining case files, and completing other ad-hoc requests, as needed. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with all aspects of litigation from case inception through trial Draft, review, and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests, and correspondence Manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and court scheduling Coordinate and prepare discovery materials, document productions, and exhibits Conduct legal and factual research Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, experts, and vendors Prepare deposition summaries and trial notebooks Assist with trial preparation, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations Maintain billing time entries and assist with administrative litigation support tasks Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred Paralegal certificate preferred 3+ years of litigation experience preferred Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures and filing systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Experience with document management and e-filing systems required Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, life and vision insurance 401(k) with employer contribution Paid time off and holidays Full-time position Hybrid/remote flexibility based on business needs Fast-paced, collaborative legal environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
