Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Monitor patient vital signs and clinical status
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in Allscripts EMR
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Respond quickly to emergency situations and changes in patient conditions
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards

• BLS Certification 
• ACLS , NIHSS
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent Med Surg experience
