Big Stone Therapies is looking for a Recruiter to help attract exceptional clinicians who make a lasting difference in the communities we serve. About The Position Job Title: Recruiter Location: Big Stone City, SD Position Type: Full-time, benefited (1.0 FTE) Schedule: Monday-Friday, work-life balance with flexible hybrid work options, including regular work-from-home opportunities. About The Role Develop engaging job postings and recruitment marketing campaigns Source and connect with prospective candidates through multiple recruiting channels Build and maintain relationships with students, clinical affiliates, and experienced clinicians Coordinate interviews, clinic visits, and candidate experiences Partner with hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process Present and negotiate employment offers Track recruitment metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement In This Role You'll Have Opportunities To: Travel to career fairs and universities Represent Big Stone Therapies at professional conferences Develop creative recruitment marketing campaigns Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals Help shape our employer brand You’ll join a supportive team that enjoys collaborating, sharing ideas, celebrating successes, and continuously improving our recruitment strategies.
