About the Role You'll write clear, compelling, and strategically grounded copy across client channels: websites, email marketing, paid social, and landing pages. The work strengthens brands, supports campaign performance, and gives creative testing real options to work with. We're looking for a writer who translates brand strategy and audience insights into messaging, and who treats copy as a lever for results rather than polished sentences. The role is freelance, hourly, and remote, structured as an ongoing freelance engagement with hours based on workload. Immediate availability is preferred. Expected Outcomes Here's what success looks like in this role: Copy ships on schedule and never blocks a campaign, page, or send. First drafts land close to the mark: on-brand and on-strategy without heavy rewrite cycles. Creative testing always has real copy options: variants are distinct, structured for testing, and informed by what past results taught. Handoffs are clean: copy arrives ready for design and production, and deliverables rarely come back. The team can rely on your work without chasing updates or re-checking it. Key Responsibilities Write and edit copy for websites, email marketing, paid social, landing pages , and other digital channels. Translate brand strategy, audience insights, and creative direction into on-brand messaging, including frameworks, value propositions, and tone‑of‑voice guidelines. Develop copy variations for A/B testing and performance marketing initiatives, informed by campaign results. Deliver copy that is organized and ready for design, media, and production teams to execute against. Iterate based on feedback and performance data, communicating proactively. Qualifications 8+ years of copywriting experience, ideally in an agency or high-volume creative environment. Proven portfolio across paid social, email marketing, landing pages, and websites . Experience with conversion-focused copywriting, A/B test variants, and performance marketing. Agency experience managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
