Work Environment This position is entirely remote, providing flexibility that promotes a healthy work-life balance while allowing you to contribute meaningfully to our community. The work schedule primarily runs Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evening or weekend obligations to accommodate client needs. Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport and fostering trusting relationships while upholding the highest standards of professional ethics and boundaries. Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, schedule upcoming appointments, and facilitate discharges when appropriate. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client. Maintain meticulous documentation, including progress notes and treatment records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards. Carry out comprehensive intake assessments to determine clients' needs and create actionable treatment strategies. Deliver individual therapy sessions weekly, employing evidence-based techniques tailored to the client’s specific challenges. Engage in regular individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback from experienced professionals. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate care and ensure the best outcomes for clients. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work with a diverse population spanning various age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field. Active, unrestricted Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) credentials. Minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting. Proficient in using various software tools, including Excel, electronic health record systems, and communication tools like Microsoft Outlook. Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families. Comfortable conducting intake assessments with new clients to assess mental health needs and establish rapport. Preferred Experience Prior experience in a telehealth setting is a plus, as it equips candidates to adapt to remote counseling dynamics effectively. Experience working with a diverse clientele across various cultural backgrounds and mental health conditions. Compensation and Benefits This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience, as well as a robust benefits package designed to support your well-being.
