As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with your ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), you’ll collaborate with a dynamic team and make a lasting difference for PreK–12 learners. This position spans the full academic year, with a balanced caseload of 20–40 students and a supportive group of SLP colleagues.

Your expertise will play a key role in evaluating, planning, and implementing effective interventions for diverse communication needs. Enjoy a flexible schedule of 3–4 days per week, working 21–30 hours weekly, and build meaningful connections in a rewarding educational environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid and active Mississippi SLP License (215)
• Current ASHA CCCs required
• Experience with PreK–12 student populations preferred
• Ability to travel between multiple school sites as needed
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Assessing and providing speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload
• Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conducting evaluations and documenting progress in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborating as part of a large, supportive SLP team
• Consulting with classroom teachers and parents to maximize student outcomes
• Maintaining accurate record keeping for all students served
