Under the leadership of the Department Manger and the supervision of the Cardiovascular Supervisor, the Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist (ICVT) will, through the utilization of specialized equipment under the direction of a qualified physician, perform procedures, including fluoroscopy and digital image capture on patients resulting in the accurate diagnosis and/or optimal treatment of congenital or acquired heart disease while maintaining maximum patient safety and comfort. Required Qualifications: Coursework/Training: Graduate of an accredited school of cardiovascular technology or 5 years of experience. Washington Radiologic Technologist upon hire. Or Washington Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Certification upon hire. National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire. Or National Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist - Cardiovascular Credentialing International upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
