Business Development Manager

In this role, you will work directly with prospective clients, identify their needs, present financial protection solutions, and help guide clients through the sales process. This opportunity is within the life insurance and financial services industry, with access to products from more than 25 industry-leading carriers. There is no base salary or cap on earnings. Potential earnings for experienced agents: $150,000–$200,000, based on production. Additional incentives and bonuses may be available based on production. Experienced professionals may also be considered for additional leadership and sales management responsibilities based on experience and performance.
