Job Description Inside Salesperson Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Entry-Level Inside Sales Administrator to support our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in sales, business development, or operations. You will play a key role in maintaining customer relationships, managing sales data, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales processes. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the inside sales team Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems (will train) Assist with processing orders, quotes, and invoices Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus, will train.
