Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with deep Project Portfolio Management (PPM) domain expertise and hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront and Jira to accelerate the adoption of rOar PPM across agencies. This role will serve focus on streamlining adoption of PPM at scale at Agencies. The successful candidate will quickly become a subject matter expert on rOar PPM, help agencies adopt standardized project management processes, and create a comprehensive self-service onboarding and training ecosystem. A key objective of this role is to build and continuously enhance a scalable & rOar PPM Starter Kit " consisting of training materials, process guides, videos, templates, and best practices that enable agencies to successfully onboard to rOar with minimal support. Key Responsibilities PPM Subject Matter Expertise Become a trusted advisor on agency project management processes and workflows. Leverage prior experience with Workfront and Jira to identify opportunities for process optimization and standardization. Understand how agencies plan, estimate, execute, track, resource, govern, and report on projects. Translate project management best practices into scalable rOar processes. Partner with Product teams to align platform capabilities with business requirements. Drive rOar Adoption & Change Management Analyze agency onboarding journeys and identify adoption barriers. Recommend and implement improvements that simplify the onboarding experience. Develop repeatable onboarding frameworks and implementation playbooks. Support agency rollout activities through workshops, discovery sessions, and user enablement activities. Act as the voice of end users by collecting and incorporating feedback into training and adoption strategies. Training & Enablement Design and maintain a comprehensive rOar PPM Starter Kit. Create role-specific content for: Project Managers Agency Admins Resource Managers Finance Teams Produce: Quick-start guides Process documentation Standard operating procedures Best-practice playbooks FAQs Job aids Templates Adoption toolkits Develop short video tutorials, product walkthroughs, and role-based learning paths. Ensure all content is practical, engaging, and easy for agencies to consume. Business Process Analysis Document current-state and future-state project management processes. Identify process inefficiencies, duplicate activities, and opportunities for automation. Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions. Work with technical teams to translate business requirements into platform enhancements. Required Qualifications Experience 5+ years of Business Analysis, PMO, Project Management, PPM Consulting, or Change Enablement experience. 3+ years of hands‑on Adobe Workfront experience. 3+ years of hands‑on Jira experience. Experience supporting enterprise‑wide PPM implementations or transformations. Experience creating user training, documentation, and enablement programs. Experience facilitating business workshops and requirements gathering sessions. Domain Expertise Strong understanding of: Project Management Resource Management Program Governance Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies PMO processes and reporting Ability to advise agencies on project management best practices, not just system usage. Technical Skills Experience with project workflows, templates, dashboards, reporting, and governance. Familiarity with workflow automation and integrations. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint. Preferred Qualifications Adobe Workfront certifications. PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications. Experience in marketing, advertising, creative, digital, or professional services organizations. Experience producing instructional videos using tools such as Camtasia, Loom, Synthesia, or Adobe Captivate. Experience working in a global matrix organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
