Employee Type Full Time Non Exempt Contact information Description NOW Hiring - Patient Care Coordinator - Front Desk Doctors of Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator for our Clarkston clinic. Ideal candidate will be seeking longevity with a growing company, be a self-starter, should possess excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills, this is important in order to build relationships with patients and the community in order to provide a welcoming environment. Responsibilities include; Effectively communicate patients, families, team members, clinicians and all departments. Provides detailed instructions to patients for their visits. Reviews and evaluates patient charts for data entry accuracy. Work as a team to ensure we have an efficient working environment to ensure that calls are made timely to patients and referral sources. Familiarity with Outpatient Rehabilitation/Medical services and medical terminology.
