What You will do: Welcome every guest with warmth, energy, and a genuine smile. Take accurate orders at the front counter or drive-thru, ensuring each guest receives exactly what they ordered. Prepare and serve food quickly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of presentation. Keep the dining area, restrooms, and front counter spotless —cleanliness is key to our guests’ experience. Ensure every guest leaves happier than they arrived. Be proactive in problem-solving, whether it’s a guest concern or a rush of orders. Work together as a team to create a positive, efficient, and fun environment. Stay flexible and ready to serve wherever needed, always willing to go the extra mile for the team (Other duties as assigned). What We’re Looking for: You have a heart for hospitality and love making people’s day. You are fast, efficient, and always two steps ahead. You can thrive in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing accuracy. You have the ability to lift and carry 20-50 lbs on a regular basis. You have the ability to stand for long periods of time.
