Job Title: RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: 2 years License: RN License Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have Skills/Experience: Vent and bipap management Critical care drips Description: This is an opportunity to work in an intensive care unit. The facility has a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. The role requires managing critical conditions and supporting patients in need of specialized care. The environment is family-oriented, emphasizing teamwork and a positive attitude. Candidates should be able to adjust to provider needs and work collaboratively with a dedicated team. Preferred experience includes working with common diagnoses like CHF, AFIB RVR, DKA, Pneumonia, and Sepsis. Floating to medical-surgical units may be required during low census periods. The unit has a manageable patient ratio of 1:2 and is equipped with telemetry monitors, vital sign machines, and other advanced equipment.
