Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ICU RN will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients, managing critical care drips, and handling ventilator and BiPAP management.
Responsibilities
Monitor patients using telemetry systems and manage vital signs.
Administer medications and critical care drips as per protocols.
Coordinate with the healthcare team to provide patient-centered care.
May be required to float to Medical-Surgical (MS) when census is low in ICU.
Participate in routine assessments and patient education.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Minimum of 1-2 years of ICU nursing experience.
Valid RN license.
Current certifications in ACLS and BLS.
Experience with managing patients with conditions such as CHF, AFIB RVR, DKA, PNA, and Sepsis.
