Business Development Consultant Job DescriptionSummary:A Business Development Consultant (BDC) plays a key role in recruiting new customers and maintaining relationships with current customers. A BDC utilizes our online e-Leads program to assist customers in the search of a new vehicle through phone calls, email, and text.Reports To: Business Development ManagerJob Duties:• Contact new and existing customers to discuss current sales promotions.• Set appointments for customers.• Collaborate with Sales team on appointments and customer needs.• Respond to inbound phone calls and internet inquiries to develop customer trust and generate customer visits to our stores.• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to produce referrals.• Urge sales by being honest, persuasive, and taking initiative to get the job done.• Other duties as assigned.Exemption Status:Business Development Consultant is a non-exempt position. You are required by Federal andState Law and by Reineke Family Dealerships to keep an accurate record of all hours you workeach day.
