(Foley, Al): Flexicrew Technical Services is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to support daily front-office operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors and plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth, professional, and compassionate patient experience. Responsibilities include patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and administrative support while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and visitors in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
• Register patients and accurately collect demographic and insurance information
• Verify insurance coverage and collect co-pays as required
• Schedule appointments and provide patients with clear instructions and appointment details
• Answer incoming phone calls, route calls appropriately, and accurately relay messages
• Maintain and update patient records in accordance with established procedures
• Perform administrative support duties including filing, data entry, and supply management
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all patient confidentiality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and reception area
• Communicate effectively with clinical staff to support patient flow and coordination of care
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support office operations

Requirements / Skills:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior receptionist, front desk, or medical office experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong customer service skills with a patient-focused mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Commitment to quality, professionalism, and teamwork
• Ability to complete required e-learning courses within 90 days of hire

Physical Requirements:
• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and communicate effectively
• Frequent use of hands for typing, handling documents, and operating office equipment
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds as needed
• Requires corrected vision and hearing to perform job duties
• Must be able to work during regular business hours

Work Environment:
• Clinical and medical office environment
• Exposure to communicable diseases and medical equipment, including radiation
• Frequent in-person interaction with patients, visitors, staff, and management
• Occasional travel to other office locations may be required
