Location: El Paso, TX Pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour (Based on Experience) Position could become full time with the company

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing exceptional customer service while supporting daily administrative operations.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
• Respond to general emails and customer inquiries
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients, vendors, and employees
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
• Scan, copy, print, file, and organize documents
• Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
• Assist with construction permits and scheduling inspections
• Support the Human Resources department with new hire paperwork and onboarding documentation
• Create and issue purchase orders
• Provide general administrative support to multiple departments as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
