Handle patent-adjacent work, including antitrust and trade secret cases. Contribute to strategizing, briefing, depositions, and trial processes. Maintain considerable client contact. Travel as necessary to meet client needs across the country. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in patent litigation. Strong understanding of patent laws. Proven litigation and writing skills. Technical degree or work experience preferred. Admission to CA Bar preferred. Patent Office registration is a plus. Education Juris Doctor from a top-tier law school.
