Our headquarters are located in Columbus, Ohio, where we come together from time to time to build relationships and connect with each other in real life. We also have office space in Columbia and Concordia, Missouri as well as Forreston, Illinois. Once a year, the entire company gathers for “BranchFest”, a highlight of the year for many Branchers. About the role At Branch, we build insurance products that are clear to the people who buy them. As a Senior Insurance Contract & QA Analyst, you'll own the development and maintenance of the forms and endorsements behind our personal lines products, and you'll test what we ship to confirm it matches what we filed. Reporting to the Director of Underwriting, Contract & QA, you'll join a small contract, compliance and QA team inside the insurance product organization. You'll draft and maintain contracts and endorsements across multiple states, carry filings and regulatory responses, and run the quality assurance that confirms our systems produce what the departments of insurance approved, in output and in formatting. Branch is expanding into new states and new lines, so the contract work grows with the footprint. Alongside it, a significant year of pricing change means rating tables move in every state, and testing those changes is a large part of the year ahead. You'll also continue the automation work already underway in quality assurance, in partnership with our analytics team. This role is a good fit for someone who reads a contract closely enough to see exactly what a coverage change does, who enjoys finding the gap between what was filed and what shipped, and who wants to own forms end to end rather than one step in someone else's process.
