What You’ll Do:

• Complete advanced Certificates of Insurance , including thorough contract reviews
• Generate detailed Evidence of Property ACORD forms
• Issue Auto ID Cards  
• Perform in-depth policy checks to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Obtain change quotes from carriers 
• Analyze and create comprehensive loss summaries  
• Process agency bill endorsements and coordinate audit disputes efficiently
• Create certificates of insurance and evidence of property templates for assigned accounts
• Conduct in-depth research and gather underwriting information
• Manage a book of business consisting of small accounts while providing support to Account Manager(s) 

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active 2-20 Florida Property and Casualty license; 4-40 considered. 
• 3+ years of insurance industry experience or experience in a similar role.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and Applied Epic.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
