Are you a skilled insurance professional with a Texas Property & Casualty License and a knack for client management?

Our client, a respected firm in the property & casualty insurance sector, is looking for an Assistant Commercial Account Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Kickstart client renewals early by ordering loss runs and prepping necessary documents.
• Maintain and update important expiration lists.
• Support setup of InsurLink and Agency Zoom platforms.
• Prepare insurance schedule summaries for Account Manager reviews.
• Manage Certificates of Insurance, Evidence of Property, Endorsements, and Cancellation requests via AMS360 and DocuSign.
• Assist in draft proposals for new and renewal policies.
• Verify policy accuracy against quotes and binders, promptly flagging any discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, producers, and underwriters.
• Use carrier online rating tools for quotes and endorsements.

Requirements:

• Texas Property & Casualty License (required).
• At least 2 years' experience in commercial insurance.
• Strong organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player mindset.
• Experience with AMS360 is a plus.
