Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with valid certification
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Understanding of diverse student needs and individualized programs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff and families
• Committed to maintaining professional and ethical standards in all responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to elementary students as part of their individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Assess students to determine physical therapy needs and develop appropriate treatment goals
• Create tailored activities to support students’ educational and developmental progress
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other providers to maximize student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes consistent with school requirements
• Engage in regular communication with the school team and participate in relevant meetings
