Your role in our mission Assists the business process outsourcing development teams in gathering and summarizing data to assist in client evaluation. Provides analysis and documentation of client requirements to provide appropriate data to outsourcing project development and implementation teams for client(s). Prepares work plans, documents project scope and reviews with client to ensure accuracy. Monitors project schedules to ensure timelines and deliverables are met. Monitors processes and resolves participant issues; escalates as appropriate. Strong written and verbal communication skills What we're looking for Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of five (5) years of equivalent experience in a related field such as healthcare, provider relations, or claims management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Effective in presenting and facilitating training or informational sessions Excellent organizational and time management abilities to manage field visits, reporting, and provider support As part of the interview process, candidates will be asked to prepare and deliver a short presentation on a topic of their choice to demonstrate communication and presentation skills. What you should expect in this role This is a hybridposition in Tucker, GA Work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Assessment Requirement:Candidates will be required to complete a skills and competency assessment before advancing to the next stage of the selection process. Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation. The pay range for this position is$45,000.00-$64,300.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
