CrossCountry Mortgage is seeking a Compliance Systems QA Analyst to validate loan origination system functionality against regulatory requirements, internal policies and business expectations. This role goes beyond scripted testing, applying regulatory knowledge to design tests and clearly communicate results. You will own issues, work with Compliance, Legal, Technology and Operations, perform exploratory testing, and ensure audit-ready evidence.
