Volpi Foods, America’s oldest family-owned producer of hand-crafted Italian meats, seeks a Production Manager to lead their factory team. You’ll drive safety, quality, cost, and service KPIs while coordinating with scheduling and inventory to meet 92%+ attainment. You’ll coach direct reports, implement continuous improvement, and own area processes from product to NPD initiatives.
