Development Product Owner (Snowflake/ DBA & P&C Insurance)

Role - Development Product Owner (Snowflake/ DBA & P&C Insurance) Experience Required - 6+ Years

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Technical Skills:

Jira (Backlog, user stories, sprint tracking)
Data expertise (Data analysis, data modeling, data governance)
Snowflake (Data warehousing, SQL, data pipelines)
SQL & reporting tools
Understanding of data integration & APIs

Functional Skills:

Strong Product Ownership (PO) experience
P&C Insurance Domain – Claims (mandatory)
Requirement gathering & user story writing
Stakeholder management & prioritization
Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery

Roles & Responsibilities

DPO Product Owner (P&C Claims, Data, Snowflake)

Define and manage product backlog using Jira
Gather and translate business requirements into user stories
Prioritize features based on business value (Claims domain)
Work with data teams on Snowflake/data requirements
Ensure delivery of data-driven solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders, business & technical teams
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and releases
Monitor product performance and optimize outcomes

Leadership & team coordination
Time management & delivery focus
