Aerie - Stock Associate - Evening (Off-Hours)

YOUR ROLE You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is #yourplace, you're able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day! Your Responsibilities You're a go‑getter at keeping product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You master the Stockroom, keeping merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures organized for efficient operation. You spot merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, devise a plan, and take action to correct it. You help fellow team members with non‑stock tasks or guest assistance as needed. You prioritize safety and asset protection standards in both the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor. Qualifications / Desired You love AE and Aerie products. You are organized with strong attention to detail, priority‑setting, and time management. You have flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience in a stock‑related role is preferred. Pay / Benefits Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location. Associates may be eligible for paid sick leave and other benefits as applicable.
